1.  Cable Car Offers:

1.1. Skiticketshop – Online-purchase of Cable Car Lift Tickets

Companies Feratel and Slopestars collect their user data at Skiticketshop, where they are stored to prevent any ticket fraud. All personal data older than one season will be anonymised. In order to create tickets, we transfer your data to Skidata-System.

1.2.      Skidata – user data for purchase of lift tickets (online or at the ticket window)

When purchasing a season ticket you must provide address and current photo. We point out that after expiration of validity and the additional period of 1095 days the address and the photo are automatically deleted and the lift accesses are anonymised. Due to this additional period season card holders can renew their ticket without having to provide their address and photo the following years. Before the start of the new validity period the company will send a letter including an order form. The data of season ticket holders are exclusively used by the lifts of Grossglockner/Heiligenblut Ski Resort and are not passed on to any third parties. After expiration of validity, all order forms will be deleted and disposed of in an appropriate way.

1.3.     Group information

In order to be granted special concessions such as for bus groups, children or youth groups as well as for groups of pupils and training groups an attendance list including the dates of birth has to be submitted when purchasing the respective tickets. These lists will be  immediately deleted after the end of the season or disposed of in an appropriate way.

1.4.        Photocompare  - Information pursuant to § 24 DPA 2000

In order to prevent ticket fraud, we have to conduct access controls and take a reference photo of all ticket holders passing the turnstile for the first time. The lift crew compares all the photos taken by our camera when passing the turnstile with this reference photo.
After the validity of your ticket has expired, the reference photo is immediately deleted. All other photos are deleted not later than 30 minutes after passing the turnstile.

Please note that it is possible to acquire tickets whose configuration does not allow the taking of photos when passing the turnstiles, but you have to be prepared to be subject to spot checks by our lift crew.
